That's the entire game loop. You are not racing a timer or deciding when to cash out; the reveal is cosmetic, and a fully unscratched card has the same result as a fully scratched one.

What each symbol pays

Every symbol carries a fixed multiplier. Land three of a kind and your stake is multiplied by that symbol's value:

Seven — 50×
Crown — 25×
Gem — 10×
Bell — 5×
Coin — 3×
Star — 2×

So a €2 card that reveals three Sevens returns €100; three Stars on the same stake returns €4. The rarer the symbol, the bigger the multiplier — which is the whole balancing act. The low symbols show up often and pay a little; the Seven almost never completes, but pays fifty times your stake when it does. Multiply how often each match lands by what it pays and every symbol lands at roughly the same contribution — no symbol is "the one to chase," because you don't choose it. The card decides.

Where the return comes from

The card economics live entirely on the server, not in the animation. A base card is tuned to about a 94.9% return, and a free card is granted every 45 real cards you buy, priced on a rolling window — which lifts the blended long-run return to roughly 97%. You don't have to take that on faith: it's what the symbol weights and the free-card cadence in the engine compute to, and it's verifiable per card (below).

That ~3% blended house edge is fixed. Buying more cards, scratching faster, or "feeling due" changes nothing — each card is drawn independently from its own seed. There's no hot streak baked into the deck.

Is there any strategy?

Not really, and that's the honest answer. Because the outcome is set before you scratch, nothing you do at the grid changes the result — the order you reveal cells, whether you reveal all nine or stop early, none of it matters. The only real levers are your stake size and how long you play, both of which are bankroll decisions, not edge decisions. Scratch Cards is a game you play for the quick reveal, not one you beat. Provably fair — verify your card

Every card's symbols are drawn from the round's committed seed, so you can prove the game didn't decide the result after seeing your stake:

Before you buy, the server publishes a SHA-256 hash of its secret server seed — a commitment it can't change afterward.
The nine symbols are drawn from a SHA-512 stream derived from serverSeed : clientSeed : nonce, using a published algorithm.
After the card, the server reveals the seed. You hash it, confirm it matches the commitment, then recompute the exact nine cells yourself.
