Why Hasn’t My Crypto Deposit Arrived?

A practical checklist for checking a delayed crypto deposit, including networks, expired checkouts, fees, confirmations, and support.

A crypto deposit that does not appear immediately can be worrying, but guessing rarely helps. The useful approach is to check the transaction in a fixed order: asset, network, address, checkout time, sent amount, and blockchain status.

6proclub accepts crypto deposits from the Wallet page. The supported options are USDT and USDC on Ethereum or Tron, ETH, and BTC. Each checkout provides an address for the coin and network you select, and that checkout expires after 30 minutes.

First, do not send a second deposit

If the first transfer is unclear, pause before trying again. A second payment can make the situation harder to understand and does not repair the original transaction.

Keep the wallet or exchange confirmation open. Find the transaction hash, sometimes called a transaction ID. This is the most useful reference because it identifies the transfer on the blockchain.

You should also note the asset, network, amount, destination address, and the time you sent it. These details allow you and the support team to compare the transfer with the checkout you created.

Check the coin and network

Start by confirming the asset. Did you send USDT, USDC, ETH, or BTC? Then check the network used by the sending wallet.

For USDT and USDC, Ethereum and Tron are separate routes. USDT on Tron is not the same as USDT on Ethereum. The network selected when sending must match the network displayed by the 6proclub checkout.

If the checkout showed Tron but the sending record shows Ethereum, or the other way around, you have found a network mismatch. Do not make claims about recovery and do not send again to test the address. Contact support with the transaction hash and the full transfer details.

Check whether the checkout expired

A 6proclub deposit checkout expires after 30 minutes. It should be generated immediately before you send.

Compare the checkout creation time with the time of the blockchain transaction. If you created the address, left the page, and sent much later, the checkout may have expired.

An expired checkout means the payment window closed. It does not, by itself, prove what happened to the funds. Do not assume that the money is safe, lost, credited, or refundable based only on the word “expired.” Save the transaction hash and contact support so the actual transfer can be checked.

Check the amount after fees

Network fees matter, especially for small deposits. USDT on Tron typically costs around $1, while Ethereum and Bitcoin fees can be several dollars.

Look at the sending confirmation and distinguish between the amount sent and the total deducted from your wallet. Wallets can present fees differently. The important question is how much was actually transferred to the destination address after the transaction was created.

If less arrived than the checkout expected because of how the fee was applied, include both the requested amount and the recorded transfer amount when contacting support. Do not alter the numbers or round them from memory.

Check whether the transaction is still confirming

A submitted transaction can exist on the blockchain without being fully confirmed yet. Open the transaction record from your wallet and inspect its current status.

If it is still pending or confirming, the transfer has not reached a final blockchain state. There is no honest universal timeframe to promise. Different networks and conditions can behave differently.

If the record shows failed, dropped, or replaced, capture that exact status. If it shows completed or confirmed but the balance is not visible at 6proclub, keep the transaction hash ready for support.

Verify the destination address

Compare the destination in the blockchain record with the address produced by the active 6proclub checkout. Check the full address carefully rather than only the first and last few characters.

Your personal wallet address is not supposed to match the deposit address. Your address is the source; the checkout address is the destination.

Avoid using an address copied from an old screenshot, previous checkout, or message. Always generate the deposit route from the current Wallet page just before sending.

What to send to support

If the deposit still does not appear, contact support and provide a compact, factual report:

  • Your 6proclub account identifier.
  • The coin you sent.
  • The network you selected.
  • The exact amount.
  • The destination address.
  • The approximate send time.
  • The transaction hash.
  • The current blockchain status.
  • Whether the checkout had expired.

The transaction hash is essential. A screenshot can add context, but typed transaction details are easier to verify than a cropped image alone.

Do not share passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or session information. Support does not need those secrets to inspect a deposit.

How to prevent the same issue next time

Open the Wallet page only when you are ready. Select the asset and network, generate a fresh checkout, and send within 30 minutes.

Match the network exactly. Review the fee and the final sent amount before confirming. For a small deposit, USDT on Tron may reduce the fee because it is typically around $1, but use it only when your wallet holds and supports USDT on Tron.

The Web3 option can provide a one-click Ethereum deposit with a compatible wallet. Even then, review the active wallet, network, amount, and fee before approval.

A calm troubleshooting order

Work through the evidence in this sequence: transaction hash, asset, network, destination, checkout time, sent amount, and confirmation status. That process gives support what it needs and avoids creating a second, unrelated transfer while the first is still being understood.
